I'm looking for a set of hand protectors that will fit a 55V.

A black fairing (Lampenmaske?) with all the tabs (Halterungen?) in order would also be interesting.

Perhaps a right side panel in good condition.

Could be mailed to a friend in Germany.

I think the original hand protectors are always white, are they?

Otherwise look for Polisport hand protectors. They fit and look nice

Hi per,

as you can see here, there are no original hand protectors. So feel free to try any protectors you may like. Lookout for XT600 protectors, as they should fit and also feature a YAMAHA-printing.
You also find other protectors like polisport, but these may have a more modern look, probably not what you want to achieve.

I was hoping for some kind of original accessory.

A while ago there was an auction on ebay for an original main stand, new, with all bolts and springs. I have never seen any mention of such an accessory.
The seller never answered my inquiry for postage, so I didn't buy it.

Der XT wird nicht jedes Jahr benutzt. Und plötzlich stolbert man über was interessantes....

Hab auch ein Supertrapp-Endtopf gefunden, aber fehlt die Gummibuchse fürs Aufhäng. Wo findet man was passendes?
