die XT/TT350 hat ja schon zwei kleine Vergaser dh. untenrum nur ein Vergaser, obenrum dann zwei Querschnitte - interessant wird die Sache, wenn man, - zwecks hoher Topleistung, - einen riesigen Einzelvergaser anbaut.
Dann bricht untenrum der Gasstrom zusammen und könnte durch Powernow stabilisiert werden.
In unseren Kisten - so schätze ich - bringt nichts!
Naja, Baffo war wohl recht angetan und ich hab, die Sache mitm Prüfstand in allen Ehren, meine TT nach rund einem Jahr Rumstehen gestern aus der Kiste gepackt, um ihr das Federbein zu entreissen.
Das mitm Prüfstand wäre kein Problem, aber die TT deswegen aufm Hänger 300km über gesalzene Autobahnen zu ziehen...?
Naja: vor 5 Jahren hätte ich nicht lange nachgedacht, und so n Dingen reingesteckt,heute, wie gesagt, steht die 350er schonmal n Jahr unbenutzt rum und es gibt wichtigeres zu tun, als mit "Tuning" Zeit zu verplembern, denn: mir reicht eigentlich die Leistung ebenso wie das Drehmoment, und darum gings ja, wenn ich mich recht erinnere, oder?
Naja, irgendwann, genauso, wie die USD-Gabel...;-)

If you want I can give the CAD drawings (.dwg and .dxf) so you can print m out yourself on some stickermaterial, place sticker on the metal material u want to use and saw them yourself. And make a hole in it yourself (because the newer powernows have these also to counter the negative pressure on the material)

Wherever I read something about it, evreybody tells the same you do.
But I´d like to see the subjective impressions objectivally on paper without regarding the use of powernow (which really seems to exist).
I also told the guys that I didn´t move my tt for a single meter for more than one year now and if I´d do, I wouldn´t miss nothing regarding torque ore horsepower...;-)
Yeah my plan was to make a few dynoruns with and without the powernows, but I never did and sold the bike without them. I had to take them off at the time because I had running troubles and went back to basics only to find out it was the o-ring from the benzin-stop-level, and never put them back in.

Your Problems with the "Benzin-Stop-Level" - i and trischter think, i have the same problem...
My XT starts sometime without Problems, sometimes after half an hour of kicking, and sometimes not...
Was it the same problem with your XT ? Or what was the mistake ?

running problem was the o-ring underneath (unter) the needle valve set (schwimmer nadel dusenstock?) (nr 12)

therefor it was running too rich especially idle (leerlauf?) So take out nr 11 and take off nr 10, loosen screw nr 28, take out the brass tube and check the o-ring (!)
To print the .dwg file use a (free/share-ware)program that at least can view and print these files, like freedwg viewer (google, tucows)

I don't know Catia but it seems there is an interface for it (google 'dwg catia')

story with it: I've put several files in the winrar file, the original file is 'carb.dwg', the rest I converted with several programs. carbcut.dwg is the one I used for the latest version. The holes I made at 66% or 2/3 of total length, 4 or 5mm diameter, as you can see in the bottom pictures on

For glue I used Bison combi-metal, the advantage of it is, that with heat u can take it off again (like the tip of a soldering iron)
